Comfort food is the name of the game tonight.  While Sous slaved away at work ALL DAY, The Chef went out to play, courtesy of Casimir Pulaski Day.  To make up for his transgressions, The Chef whipped up a simple but tasty shrimp po' boy sandwich, served on cheesy garlic bread with a hint of tobasco.  Along the way, we discuss our Culinary Horror of the Week, answer listener questions, and generally run our mouths, just as good ole Pulaski would have wanted.
